The sake produced by Nishide Sake Brewery is the result of extraordinary efforts, such as sending young carpenters to other regions to train them. Azuma Sake Brewery is said to be the first in the area to use a stone-built storehouse suitable for temperature control, which is important for sake brewing. The storehouses are made of Kannonshita stone, which is excavated in Komatsu. In this program, you can observe sake brewing in the middle of preparation at Komatsu's stone warehouse, which has been certified as a Japan Heritage, and at the end, you can also compare sake. A rare opportunity to see the inside of the brewery during preparation!
