興味はあるものの、なかなかする機会もありませんでしたが、自身のレベルアップのために応募しました。 最初から最後までコツ等も丁寧に教えて頂き、大将の人柄の良さが伝わってきました。 又、所々誉めて頂き、気分良くおこなえました。 慣れていないために、少し体力は使うことになりましたが、楽しかったです。 また、機会を作り再度訪れたいと思います。 ありがとうございました。

In our classroom, you can experience the soba noodles in a private space. 1回のレッスンで2名様まで、資格をもつ講師が完全マンツーマンで丁寧に指導いたします！ Model can be made with buckwheat of about 5 servings in a single (500g). 人数が2人までと 貸し切りなので周りを気にせず 自分たちのペースで進める事ができ 教えて頂くのも 2人とゆう事で 行き届いた指導をしてもらえ お手本も間近で観れるので すごく、わかりやすく 充実した体験となりました。 先生はすごく優しく楽しい方で 打ってるところなど 体験に集中してるところ、出来上がりなど 思い出になるところを写真に撮ってくれる すごく嬉しい気が利いたサービスもしていただけました。 お蕎麦の味も良く 茹で方の説明などもしっかり書いてあり 美味しく頂けました。

蕎麦打ち初めての仲間で先生ご指導のもと、悪戦苦闘しながらも楽しく体験ができました。 蕎麦の試食では、自分達が切った蕎麦と先生が切った蕎麦との味の違いにビックリしました。 切り方ひとつで違うのだと、蕎麦作りの深さを知ることが出来ました。 終始賑やかな仲間との体験でしたが、丁寧にご指導頂き、よい経験になりました。 事前の問い合わせにも丁寧に対応頂きありがとうございました。
