Blessed with raw materials for pottery clay and glaze, this plan allows you to experience full-scale pottery in Tajimi, a historic pottery town. In addition to abundant materials, the dojo for hands-on experience is equipped with pottery equipment such as electric potter's wheel. We do not decide which works to make, and we will give careful guidance to each customer, both beginners and veterans, so that they can freely make what they like.

A swordsmith will teach you how to make Japanese knives using blacksmith techniques. Using the same material as Japanese swords, Tamahagane, the forged iron is shaped with a hammer. You can make your own clay holder and add a blade crest. Attach the blade, cut your name on it, and sharpen it to complete it. Although it is a physically demanding job, the swordsmith will be happy to assist you, so don't worry if you are not confident in doing the heavy lifting, such as children or women. You can take photos and videos while working! The trial fee is for one Japanese knife. You can also make one book for two or more people. In that case, please let us know how many people will be participating in the experience when making a reservation. If you are making a reservation for three or more, it will take a little longer. Please arrive with plenty of time to spare before the closing time. We may be able to move the start time forward, so please contact us.

The Mimachi Group of Buildings Preservation District, the heart of Takayama city, attracts tourists from all over Japan. You can spend an entire day wandering the old streets, buying souvenirs from the many craft shops, tasting local teas, and enjoying local specialties such as wagyu beef sushi. There are also many sake breweries in and around the Mimachi district. You can also enjoy tastings at the breweries. ▼15:00 Shirakawa-go Gassho-zukuri Village (120 minutes) Located at the foot of the sacred mountain Hakusan, Shirakawa-go is one of the must-visit tourist destinations in Gifu. Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this beautiful traditional village is the definition of postcard-like beauty. Shirakawa-go Ogimachi Gassho-zukuri Village is the village with the most remaining Gassho-zukuri houses. The name Gassho-zukuri literally means "like praying hands." Gassho-zukuri Village takes you back to pre-modern Japan. Climb the Shirakawa-go observation deck, look out over the village, and enjoy the view of a time gone by. Shirakawa-go is worth a repeat visit as it shows different looks with the changing of the seasons. Iron is a human invention. People have walked with iron, as it is said, "Whoever controls iron controls the world." A Japanese sword cannot be made good unless it is made of iron using the traditional ironmaking method. With this plan, you can experience making iron from iron sand using the traditional iron-making method. Repeat the work of cutting charcoal into small pieces and adding iron sand to determine the "steel" part from the finished lump "kera". You can take the finished product home with you. ★We have someone here who can explain things in English, so you don't need an interpreter.

This is a day trip bus tour that departs and arrives at Nagoya Station. You can comfortably participate in popular spots that are relatively difficult to access by sitting on the bus. It's a full-fledged experience that starts with stuffing the body with cotton and then sewing it together with needles and thread, and can be enjoyed by both children and adults.
