Plan description

This is a day trip bus tour that departs and arrives at Nagoya Station. You can comfortably participate in popular spots that are relatively difficult to access by sitting on the bus. You will visit three old Japanese towns: Gujo Hachiman, Hida Takayama, and Shirakawa-go. The staff can speak English, Japanese, and Chinese, so it is an easy tour to join not only for Japanese groups but also for friends from overseas. ~ Schedule ~ 08:20 Meet in front of the Nishi Police Box, Taiko-dori Exit, Nagoya Station ↓ 08:30 Depart ↓ Gujo Hachiman (stay for about 60 minutes) ↓ Takayama (stay for about 120 minutes, free meal) ↓ Shirakawa-go (stay for about 100 minutes) ↓ 19:30 Arrive at Nagoya Station * The itinerary may change due to road conditions. (In that case, there will be no refund.)

Gujo Hachiman

The townscape, which has retained its atmosphere since the Edo period, is lined with old houses that have been designated as one of the country's important traditional buildings. The waterways that run under the eaves of the houses give the town the nickname "Water Town." The waterways are still used for daily life, and the town is a place where the waterways and townhouses are one.

Hida Takayama

Hida Takayama retains the atmosphere of a castle town from the Edo period, making you feel like you've traveled back in time. You can stroll through the old streets lined with Hida's traditional craft shops and sweet shops, and enjoy local gourmet food and shopping while feeling the atmosphere of the past.

Shirakawa-go

The "Shirakawa-go and Gokayama Gassho-style Villages," where you can experience the grandeur of nature and traditional traditions, are known as a village where over 100 large and small Gassho-style buildings remain and where people still live their lives. It is registered in the Michelin Green Guide Japan and as a World Heritage Site. It is a place that feels like a Japanese hometown, where you can deeply experience the rural culture and lifestyle that is the original landscape of Japan.

Free for children under 2 years old (no seats). You will not be able to take or remove luggage during the trip, so please prepare anything you need for sightseeing in your carry-on luggage. When you check in on the day, please inform an attendant that you have luggage to check in.
