The dishes we will prepare include seasonal vegetables with sesame dressing, fried eggs, tofu miso soup made from dashi stock, and 9 types of colorful temari sushi.Would you like to join us in making delicious Japanese cuisine in a beautiful traditional house? The teachers are veteran and kind Japanese housewives! The dishes are nutritious, beautiful to look at, and full of ancient wisdom! We offer high-quality Japanese dishes such as Edo Kiriko, Arita ware, and Kutani ware. After eating the food you prepared, take a break with some matcha tea and Japanese sweets.
