午前中のコースを予約しました。 あいにくの雨でしたが、ウェットスーツをお借りできたので寒さに震えることなく、SUPを楽しむことができました。(別途ウェットスーツレンタル代1,000円) SUP は初めてでしたが、インストラクターの方が優しく教えてくださるので、すぐに立ち上がることができました! コース中は、山や自然のお話、湖の説明など様々なことを教えてくださったり、時には水の音や鳥の声に耳をすませてのんびりしたりして、とっても楽しく過ごすことができました。 時間もたっぷりとありますし、大満足のSUP となりました。春は場所を変えてできるそうなので、また今度もぜひこちらでお願いしたいと思っています。 ありがとうございました!

台風の直後でしたが、思いのほか波もなく初心者でも問題なく体験出来ました。 さほど難しくなく、すぐに楽しく乗れるようになり、短い時間でしたが爽快感を味わうことが出来ました。スタッフの方もこまめに指示を出していただき安心でした。 途中、写真も撮っていただき記念に残すことができ感謝しております。 機会があればまた体験したいと思います。

5/30の今年度初のサップヨガの予約だったようです。天気は晴れで、ラッシュガードだけでも十分ですがもし、チャンポンしてしまうと寒いでしょう。500円でボディスーツを借りました。サップヨガは、初めてでしたが丁寧にインストラクターさんが教えてくださいますので、安心してチャレンジできます。翌日は筋肉痛でした。日頃の忙しさは忘れて心身ともにリフレッシュできました。ランチはハワイアンなお店で頂きました。またチャレンジしたいです!
