Changing clothes and renting rental equipment in the changing room (required time: 15 to 30 minutes) ② Guide introduction, preparatory exercise, etc. After changing clothes, pre-training on land for preparatory exercise and paddle (rowing tools) (required time: 15 minutes) ③ First half of the lake : Let's paddle to the lake! In the first half of the lake, we will teach you how to ride, row and play SUP.
