The SUP Stand Up Paddle Board will be exercising his arms and legs as it keeps balancing on its own and will advance with rowing with a paddle. In addition, the landscape seen from the sea, our Sun me forget the people of the hustle and bustle, the mind and body relax! SUP is a very large board, excellent stability. It is a sport that you can enjoy for a wide range of Ageo/Okegawa groups, debut SUP at the outstanding transparency ocean!

Enjoy in a short lesson!

The lesson is about 2 hours, and after explaining the basics and manners, you can enjoy cruising in the sea and exercising! At Shirahama Marina, we make use of the curriculum of a surfing school for over 20 years and propose fun ways to play in the sea.

You can experience it on a board with a sense of stability!

Our school uses a board for beginners with a sense of stability. It also has buoyancy, so even beginners should be able to cruise the surface of the sea relatively easily. The school venue will use the Sotoura coast, which has no waves. Move to a nearby beach (about 5 minutes by car).

Diet effect too!

SUP is very exercising because it uses the whole body just for cruising. Therefore, each part of the body is trained. By being trained, a high diet effect was found in monitor research! It is a highly recommended school because it is supported by women because it is fun to play and the shape-up effect can be obtained!
