Morning session: 9:00-12:30 Afternoon session: 13:00-16:30 This is a 6km rafting course dotted with rapids and gentle currents created by the topography of the Shimanto River. The upstream is relatively rapid, the midstream meanders greatly, and the downstream flows slowly. The area around Natural Groove, located in the midstream, has few man-made structures and is filled with nature. In addition to experiencing the typical rafting experience of going down the rapids on a rafting boat and diving into rocky areas, you can also enjoy river SUP on the gentle current. 初めて利用ですが、こんなに心から最高と思えた体験はありません！！ 天気もよく温かったですが、ウェットスーツの貸し出しも無料でしてくれました。 なだらかな四万十川に急流になっているところがあり、アトラクションのようでさいこうでした！！ 緑豊かですごく気持ちがよく、最高に楽しかったです。 また、途中休憩がありコーヒーや紅茶と芋けんぴを食べながら20分ほどゆったりしました。 インストラクターさんが本当に優しく、面白く 明るく楽しくみんなが楽しめるアクティビティでした。 その後は、三島キャンプ場でキャンプをさせていただきました。 施設も新しく、みなさん本当に優しい方ばかりで最高の思い出です！！ 高知県が大好きになりました！！！ ありがとうございました！
