[What is suridane in the first place? ? Suridane is an all-purpose seasoning that originated in Fujiyoshida and is based on red chili pepper with sesame and Japanese pepper. I always have it when I go to Yoshida's udon and hoto shops in Fujiyoshida and Kawaguchiko. Generally speaking, we think of ichimi and shichimi as the spiciness of udon, but here in Fujiyoshida and Kawaguchiko Yoshida's udon, we use suridane instead of ichimi and shichimi. Suridane is also called “Karami” or “Spicy” and is placed on counters and tables in the same way as tenkasu and soy sauce. It's not just spicy, but the umami is condensed into the spiciness. Common suridane is often moist, but the way it is made varies depending on the shop, so they have established their own unique taste by stir-frying in oil, adding soy sauce, sugar, and dried bonito flakes. increase. Super Spicy Takana-sensei's suridane is a completely original recipe that mixes [blended red pepper] and [black sesame]. In addition to udon, we recommend it as a versatile seasoning for various dishes such as ramen, hot pot, oden, and yakisoba. [Introduction of suridane making experience] Our store was originally the first suridane specialty store in the Fuji Five Lakes area, selling over 20 types of our original suridane. We have prepared a wide variety of spiciness and taste variations, and it has been featured in the media many times, probably because of its curiosity. The suridane base is made with non-spicy red pepper, sesame seeds, bonito flakes, and salt. Even if you add sesame oil to this, it's still delicious as suridane. is also recommended. In addition, we also offer spices such as cumin, coriander, and turmeric, as well as healthy grains such as rice bran, bean curd refuse, and amaranth. You can make your own original suridane, the only one in the world, so it is a highly recommended experience for those who visit Fujiyoshida and Kawaguchiko. Even for small children, it is popular because it feels like an experiment because it is made by mixing various powders. Why don't you make your own original suridane that is perfect as a souvenir for yourself or as a gift for your parents and friends? It takes about 30 minutes. Since it is an indoor facility, there is no problem even if the weather is bad. Please feel free to use it. [This plan is recommended for the following people] ・Those who are interested in suridane ・Those who are interested in making seasonings ・Those who want to enjoy with their parents ・Those looking for hands-on activities ・Those looking for activities in rainy weather direction

At the local cuisine experience class [Fujiya], you can experience making "Houtou", a local dish of Yamanashi Prefecture! ☆★Introduction to Fujiya☆★Nice to meet you. Our restaurant is located in Fujikawaguchiko Town, in the Fuji Five Lakes area of Yamanashi Prefecture, and we offer an experience class where you can make and eat Yamanashi's local cuisine. We are open every day with the hope that tourists visiting Yamanashi will learn about Yamanashi's food culture and history and that it will become one of the memories of their trip to Yamanashi. We are used by many customers not only for small groups such as private trips, but also for group trips such as school trips, company trips, and sightseeing tours. Please come to our restaurant when you stop by the Fuji Five Lakes area. ☆★Introduction to the Houtou Making Experience☆★Houtou is a local dish of Yamanashi Prefecture that is loved by many people. There are few local foods that are as popular as this one, and for a long time, "oneri for breakfast, barley rice for lunch, and pumpkin hoto for dinner" seemed to have been the standard for daily life in the rural areas of Koshu. In 2007, it was selected as one of the "100 Best Local Dishes of Rural Areas" organized by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, which are known in farming, mountain and fishing villages all over Japan and are widely supported by the people. Unlike regular noodles, hoto noodles do not need to be left to rest. Therefore, you will make the noodles by hand from the powder state. It will be quite a voluminous meal, so please come hungry. We also offer a dyeing experience where you can experience the traditional Japanese dyeing technique using natural materials, which can be used as a set with the hoto experience. In the dyeing experience, we will carefully explain each step, so those who are new to dyeing and those who come with children can participate with peace of mind. The natural feel of natural materials and the fact that you make it with your own hands will create a one-of-a-kind product that no one else can imitate. ◆Recommended for◆Those who want to try famous Yamanashi Prefecture dishesThose who want to make local Yamanashi Prefecture dishesThose looking for activities at Lake Yamanaka or Lake KawaguchiThose who want to experience cooking with their childrenThose looking for an experience programThose who are having trouble sightseeing on rainy daysThose looking for sightseeing in English*Due to the nature of our reservation system, all reservations are by request, but in most cases we can accept reservations at the time you wish. It is an unusual type of udon that is characterized by its hard and chewy noodles and toppings such as horse meat and cabbage. It has also been selected as one of the ``Top 100 Local Dishes from Rural Areas, Mountains, and Fishing Villages,'' selected from among the local flavors of each region. Yoshida's udon noodles are characterized by thick and chewy noodles, toppings made with horse meat and cabbage, and a soup made with miso and soy sauce. This is the only place in Japan where you can eat it with a spiciness called suridane. Yoshida's udon was originally a home-cooked dish, so each restaurant has its own characteristics. For example, some restaurants use beef or horse meat, and the sides vary in hardness and length. Although there are general rules, there are no clear rules, so the freedom of making them may also be a characteristic of Yoshida's udon. In this plan, customers will make udon noodles from powder. For families, how about a 3-hour fishing tour from early morning, afternoon, or evening when you are staying in the Fuji Five Lakes area? We also offer one-day sightseeing guides, skiing and snowboarding lessons, and Jukai and cave tours. This is a nature experience tour around Mt. Fuji, and is basically an experiential weekend plan for elementary school students and pre-schoolers who want to enjoy the great outdoors around Fuji. Girls can also participate as children. We look forward to your participation as a parent and child. Please arrive at Lake Motosu by 8:00 a.m. Fishing is best in the morning. In the summer, it is also possible to catch them in the evening. They also have the habit of eating stink bugs and cicadas. On the day, we will meet at Lake Motosu and start fishing for rainbow trout early in the morning at Lake Motosu. The theme is fish, animals, and insects in the great outdoors. We will give a fishing lecture in the morning and aim for native rainbow trout. While you are not catching any fish, we will plan various things to enjoy, such as rummaging around for Yoshinobori and catching insects (there are beautiful stink bugs), observing wild birds, and looking for driftwood. Please take this opportunity to enjoy rainbow trout fishing. Experience a pull that is far superior to that of trout caught at managed fishing areas. You can take home up to 10 fish you catch. Please bring ice in a cooler box. It is also convenient to bring a folding chair. The best time to fish is in winter, when you can fish in shallow waters, and in spring and autumn, you can fish a little deeper, and in summer, you can cast from the cliff and search for areas around 30 to 50 meters. So, this is a fishing that can be done all season, but the fish in North America are lively and delicious in the cold. Please purchase a fishing ticket under the supervision of the Lake Motosu Fisheries Cooperative Association. It costs 1,000 yen for adults. Also, I have been living here for 30 years. I have a villa near Mt. Taka-san was great in bringing us out for a very scenic and nice canoe experience in English. Of course it depends on the weather that day but we were lucky to get a good view of Mt Fuji with nice weather to canoe. Taka-san took great photos and also explained some history and geography which was very interesting and made for an awesome experience.
