そば打ち歴25年という先生に、新設丁寧にそば打ちを教えていただきました。 そばは打ち初めてなこともあり、そば粉をこねるのも、麵の形に切るのも最初は上手にできませんでした。 それでも先生に和やかな笑顔で優しく教えていただけ、最後は何とかそれなりに形に上達(というほどでもないでしょうが)できたと思います。 おかげさまで、楽しみながら初めてのそば打ちを体験をすることができました。 そしてそばを打ち終わったあとがまた良かったんです。 自分で打ったそばを茹でてもらえ、食べることができるんです。 それも、おいしく上がった天ぷら付きで。 茹で上がったそばは、自分が切ったとおり、太いのやら細いのやらが混在してて。 そんなふうに見た目は悪いんですが、自分で打ったという愛着もひとしおのそばを、おいしく揚がったてんぷらと一緒に食べることができました。 そば打ちの先生、受付していただいた女性職員の方、会計のところにおられた男性職員の方、厨房でそばを茹でてくれた女性職員の方、皆さんにすごくよくしていただき、本当に感謝です。 施設の皆さんの対応も本当に暖かく、これを機会に自分でも自宅でそば打ちしてみようかなあ、と本気で考えているほどです。 ありがとうございました。

夫婦で利用しました。 他のグループはおらず、貸し切り状態の利用だったのでスムーズにできてよかったです! いくつかグループがあるときにどうやって進めているのか分かりませんが、お子様がいる家族で利用の場合、両親は見ているだけになると思うので、そうなると全員分体験料金なのはちょっと高く感じるかもしれません、、。 1人1人が自分の分を作ると思っていたのですが、実際は2人分を1人が作る作業となります。今回主人の誕生日旅行ということもあったため、私は写真撮影担当になりほとんど触りませんでした。ただどのようにほうとうができるのか体験できて、最後にゆっくり食べれるので一度は体験してみても良いと思います!
