This is made all over Nagano prefecture, and the taste varies depending on the shop and home. At Kayabuki no Yakata, the surface is lightly baked by steaming. The skin and the bean paste inside are all handmade! It will be an experience of making such Shinshu soul food "Oyaki" with a local mother. In Shinshu, people of all ages are enjoying themselves.
