Thank you for your hospitality! I accidentally got in the way of a local surfing couple and Mizuno San defended me when they said some not-so-nice things. That’s my fault! I’m still learning the sport since only December 2023 and hope to become better. It was nice to see Mizuno san’s style of windsurfing which differed from my Windsurf teacher in Guam. Everyone has different styles and it was nice to experience windsurfing despite the light wind and waves that I am not used to. I truly appreciate his time and dedication to making sure I enjoyed! Thanks!

A typical home-cooked lunch in Japan. A lesson in English (Japanese) on how to make a bento packed with futomaki and tamagoyaki in a small box. Due to the location of Kamakura, the classroom has many guests from overseas. In addition to making lunch boxes, one of the pleasures is making a simple chopstick case with origami, talking about each food culture, and cross-cultural exchange. It is also recommended to take a walk around Kamakura with the bento you made. ~ Flow of the day ~ ① Lesson flow / recipe explanation (10 minutes) ② Demonstration + hands-on (20 minutes) ③ Making thick rolls (20 minutes) ④ Packing & making chopstick cases with origami (20 minutes) ⑤ Nearby supermarket Tour (20 minutes)
