The sight of the colorful wind chimes swaying in the wind is photogenic, and many people come to worship every year. 13:00 Toki no Kane/Kashiya Yokocho*Kashiya Yokocho is an area lined with over 20 confectionery shops. Glittering floats parade through the city, attracting many people. 15:00 Ichibangai Street*Ichibangai Street is located in Kawagoe City, in the southwest of Saitama Prefecture. It is a 2km street with the symbol of Kawagoe City, the Bell of Time. This street is still home to storehouses built in the Edo period, and in 1999 it was designated as an Important Preservation District for Groups of Traditional Buildings. The black-painted storehouse buildings have been left as they were at the time, and inside there are a wide variety of shops, including cafes, restaurants, and general stores. About 300m away from Ichibangai Street is Kashiya Yokocho. There are rows of old-fashioned sweets shops and rice cracker shops facing each other. It is a popular spot not only with tourists but also with local children.
