Description of plan

Using natural yeast, you can make 4 types of bread, sesame paste, basil pan, chocolate mini bread, pizza pan. If you are interested in bread making, If you are interested in making bread of natural yeast, please come and join us!
The journey time is about 2 hours.

Commitment to safe and secure materials

Tie the fabrics one by one and make 4 kinds of bread. We use all the flour from Hokkaido. We do not use any additives, we make only with organic material. Please enjoy bread making that sticks to the material that you can eat safely from your child to adults.

Courteous guidance unique to small people

Each lesson will be taught carefully by a small group of up to 6 people. Taste the baked bread after lesson. You can take it home as a souvenir. Bread using natural yeast seems to be difficult, but it will be completed well for the first time. Please try tasting the taste of bread you made by yourself.
