What is "Monster Hunter: The Field in Nijigen no Mori"? In this attraction, participants become novice hunters who have come to the "Awaji Gathering Hall" and can challenge the training quest to become a skilled hunter. The "Training Quest" is composed of two parts: "Field Exploration" and "Large Monster Hunting". In the "Field Exploration", participants will search for the necessary items from item boxes scattered around the 130,000m2 area as training and preparation for the "Large Monster Hunting", and will also try to scout for a "Palico" that will help them hunt the monster. In the "Large Monster Hunting", participants will choose one of several weapons and attempt to hunt the fire dragon "Rathalos". Participants will face the Rathalos on the screen in the hunting area while wearing an action controller and a tracking device, and will use their whole body to manipulate the weapon and avoid attacks in order to succeed in the hunt.
