[What is Jesmonite?] Jesmonite is a water-based modeling material developed in the UK. Although it is a resin, it does not use organic solvents, is heat resistant, highly durable, and does not easily yellow or deteriorate. It is used for a wide range of purposes such as art, sculpture, furniture, accessories, and architecture as a resin that is safe for the human body and the environment. Unlike resin, it has almost no glossiness that is typical of plastic, and is characterized by a calm texture like stone. The jesmonite you create can be used daily as an accessory tray, candle tray, aroma tray, small item holder, etc. [Notes] - It hardens in about 1 hour after pouring into the mold, but it takes about 24 hours to completely harden. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced calligrapher, you can create memories of your trip by performing calligraphy on a wall (2m long x 3m wide), which you can't usually write on. Experience the wabi-sabi that disappears in 15 minutes. It is a Japanese-style room with tatami mats, but you can choose to practice on calligraphy paper at a Terakoya desk and chair while sitting upright. Let's enjoy an experience that you can't usually have together. ~Experience flow~ ①Experience plan explanation and hearing. (5 minutes) We will ask you about today's plan while drinking tea. ②The teacher will create a sample.
