The owner, who wanted to deepen his knowledge of Japanese culture, trained as a chef in Kyoto and also experienced Italian cuisine in Tokyo. Nishikori Lacquerware Store is a lacquerware shop run by brothers in Kawada, the town of Echizen lacquerware. In this experience, you will receive direct instruction from Mr. Masataka Nishikikori, a craftsman at Nishikikori Lacquerware Shop, and experience wiping lacquer on a wooden tray.
