Owner Yamashita, who had only planned to stay for six months after returning from studying abroad in London, fell in love with Abashiri and decided to move there. This town is rich in nature in every season, and seafood and mountain produce nurtured by the Sea of Okhotsk, so much so that it is impossible to master it. This sushi restaurant with only eight seats, run by an owner with rare experience, has many repeat customers and foreign tourists, making it so popular that it is difficult to get a reservation. Since it is fully booked, a special program has been organized on one day a week on the restaurant's closed day. You will learn how to make nigiri sushi directly from the owner of the sushi restaurant using seasonal ingredients from Hokkaido, including Okhotsk. At your next home party, try making sushi yourself and impress your guests. ~Experience schedule~15:55 Meet at location16:00-16:10 Orientation16:10-16:40 1) Neta cutting experience & craftsman's trivia (we will teach you about fish and how to tell if it's fresh)16:40-17:00 2) How to make vinegared rice & craftsman's trivia (we will teach you the traditional way to make vinegared rice)17:00-18:00 (Interval: free time for each person)18:00-20:00 3) Meal & nigiri sushi experience (you will make nigiri sushi using the sushi ingredients that you have cut yourself) For dinner, enjoy the owner's proud sushi dishes!
