This is a fresh fruit Daifuku making experience by a cook who has experience teaching not only Japanese but also Indonesians, Japanese Brazilians, Vietnamese, and Taiwanese. Matcha is also served after the sweets are made. Basically, we will explain in easy Japanese (we may use tools such as translation apps as a supplement) and we will also give you recipes, so even those who are studying Japanese can participate with confidence.

Evolved Hiroshima Okonomiyaki (MOON Skillet) Steamed sausages and root vegetables (Tatara pot, low temperature anhydrous) Highly watered bread (Tatara pot / stone oven effect) Postprandial CAFE In the pottery experience, you can choose "Tebineri" or "Clay sheet". A hot dog made from a clay pot and drinks are also included!

This Japanese-style cooking masterclass is offered by Cooking Culture School of Hiroshima in collaboration with a local magazine SEEKING HIROSHIMA. In this lesson you will prepare and eat a thick rolled sushi usually served for special occasions and a miso soup with Hiroshima produce dried sardines.
