In addition, you will experience making bran pickles by pickling vegetables on the aged bran floor of our shop. (You can take it home.) Even children can easily do it because they do not use kitchen knives or fire. In addition, there is nothing special to prepare, so you can participate empty-handed. After the Nukazuke experience, we will prepare a tasting of seasonal Kyoto pickles, including the famous "Nishijin pickles" at the main store.
