It is a canoeing experience on the Arekinai River, a tributary that flows through the Kushiro Marsh. The meeting place is JR Senmo Line, in front of Toro Station. The course starts from a lake called Lake Toro, goes to the Arekinai River, goes to the main stream of the Kushiro River, goes up the Arekinai River by canoe, and returns to Lake Toro. Because it is a calm river, you can go up the river, and even those who are new to canoeing can experience it with peace of mind. The river does not freeze even in winter, so you can experience canoeing throughout the year. The scenery that changes according to the season, and the Yezo deer, white-tailed eagles, and red-crowned cranes that you can meet if your timing and luck are good are also highlights. Of course, the guide will ride with you, so please leave the operation of the canoe to us. When you're ready, let's go! If you wish, we will also take a commemorative photo here during the experience. 8:30 Goal! Since it is a round trip, the goal is Lake Toro, which is the same as the starting point. Once you get off the canoe, you will be disbanded after taking pictures.

Explore Lake Two and Lake One of the Shiretoko Five Lakes on a ground walkway, then return via an elevated boardwalk. As you walk along the walkway, you can observe the nature that changes with the seasons. You can mainly observe Ezo deer and wild birds. Roads and walkways may be closed due to brown bear sightings, snowfall, storms, etc. If we know of a closure in advance, we will contact you by mobile phone and offer you the option to cancel (free of charge) or an alternative course (same price), or a different date and time, if you wish. If the course is closed after you meet at the site, we will offer you an alternative course (same price) that is available for the remaining time.

The Shiretoko Five Lakes are a representative tourist spot in Shiretoko and are a must-see. A certified guide will slowly guide you along a course of about 3 km with little elevation change. You can see the traces of animals and enjoy the rich nature of Shiretoko while walking.
