In addition to the sacred pilgrimage of worshippers, you can also experience a traditional blessing ceremony. Afterwards, explore Takachiho Gorge, a beautiful valley formed by an ancient volcanic eruption. Tsuki-mawari ParkA view spot where you can see the beautiful mountains of Aso, including Mt. Nekodake and Mt. Takadake.
