Higashiyama Archery Training Center is an indoor archery practice center, a half-archery dojo, and a dojo for experiencing samurai. The owner is particular about using seasonal ingredients that correspond to the seasons of Awaji Island! As much as possible, he uses locally grown and locally harvested ingredients. He takes the time and effort to carefully arrange each dish with delicate care, using crops that have been grown with love and seafood that have been harvested with great effort and hard work. If he cannot get them, he himself goes to pick wild vegetables and makes tea. Many people ask about the art of incense art, and one of them is the ancient group incense called "Genjiko". In all schools, "Genjiko" is still practiced today. The design of the answer (listening name) based on the 54 plasters of the Tale of Genji is famous as "Genjiko no zu", a traditional Japanese pattern that is used in various traditional Japanese patterns such as lacquerware and kimonos. In this experience, you will be able to experience a digest of what Genjiko is like at an incense gathering, and how to listen to the scent and give an answer. Sitting upright is difficult, and incense gatherings are difficult to get into. However, this plan allows those who are interested in what Genjiko is like to fully experience it. After enjoying Genjiko, you will create your own fragrance like the aristocrats of the Heian period when the Tale of Genji was written.
