It is an experience of making oyaki at Kayabuki no Yakata, an inn in the valley of Shinshu. What is "oyaki"? What is it for non-Shinshu people? I'm feeling? Oyaki is made by dissolving wheat flour in water, kneading it, and wrapping bean paste made from red beans and vegetables. To put it plainly, is it a bun? ?? Our ancestors were shinobi samurai who started to serve Tokugawa Ieyasu (the first shogun of the Tokugawa Shogunate) in 1582. The clan served the shogunate for 265 years. In 1868, the clan declined the invitation from the Meiji Government and became independent. We are the only lasting shinobi clan in Japan. We invite you to come to our clan dojo where real master practitioner and professional interpreters take charge of all workshops and seminars. This is good for people who want to get a deeper insight into our ninja and samurai cultures . We still handcraft our tools and weapons. Feel free to ask any questions as we have kept our shinobi samurai tradition for over 450 years.Our ancestors trained locals and their servants to be shinobi.(Ninja is a new word used in movies.
