The cooking methods are simple and can be easily incorporated into your daily life, which will help you to have healthy and delicious eating habits!The location is very convenient, just a minute walk from Akasaka Mitsuke Station, the heart of Tokyo. You won't be annoyed by the weather condition! The kitchen is beautifil. In the beginning, there is a lecture about Japanese fermented foods (koji and miso) then we cook lunch together:- Rice- Miso soup- Main dish (Sautéed chicken or deep fried tofu (for vegans)- Two vegetable side dishes- Dessert* The venue might be changed to other areas such as Shinjuku.
