The observation points change depending on the tide, and at high tide you can leisurely navigate between the lush trees from the water, and at low tide you can land on the tidal flats to observe creatures such as crabs, small shrimp, and gobies. This course includes a lecture on the experience (plus) paddle form instruction, quick turn practice, how to paddle faster, ocean conditions, wind conditions, and slope conditions. We will also teach you self-rescue (crisis management and escape methods when doing SUP) and other various curriculums, and we will teach you in a full 2.5 hours. This is a course with breaks in between, so you can acquire basic knowledge and skills. Of course, you can take this course first, not from our 120-minute course, and try your first SUP challenge. This course is recommended for those who want to rent SUP overseas or at other resorts and enjoy it. Recommended for those who want to improve their SUP skills. After the school, you will step up to a level where you can enjoy SUP by yourself with confidence.

This is a private Canadian canoe (wood & canvas) experience limited to one family, set on the dam lake in Misato Town, Miyazaki Prefecture. You can relax in a canoe made by craftsmen using construction methods and designs from 120 years ago. The guide will give a thorough lecture on the calm water with almost no water current, so even first-timers can participate with confidence. Drinks and snacks will be provided during breaks along the way.
