We hold SUP tours on the Katsura River in Yamanashi. Try stand-up paddle boarding in the clear, flowing waters of the Katsura River. Snow trout is a freshwater fish of the salmon family. It is a pond fish native to North America and Europe north of 50 degrees north latitude. Adult fish can be eaten as sashimi, and small fish can be fried. It has a light and mild taste. Lake Aoki in Nagano Prefecture is a very clear lake, so why not take a walk on the lake? The water level of Lake Aoki drops in winter, so you can enjoy a different lake in spring than in summer!
