You can choose your favorite date and time to participate! Learn the basics of SUP through 3 lessons! First, start with the basics such as gear names and how to use them. We will teach you how to ride and row a SUP, how to rescue yourself in case of an emergency, and also about the weather and tides. Before and after the lesson, we use the curriculum to check progress and review previous lessons. This is a luxurious plan where you can experience yoga and SUP. After warming up with beach yoga while looking out at the sea, we headed out to the sea for a SUP tour. It is also recommended as a morning activity that will make you feel positive. This program is for people experiencing SUP for the first time, but even if you have experience but are still nervous about going out to sea alone, please join us. After learning the basic operation and precautions on the water, go to the sea! Experienced instructors will teach you how to operate a SUP in a fun way, with safety as the first priority, and will provide you with kind and careful instruction. Depending on the conditions, we will also try a short cruise to a nearby beach!

We offer lessons according to the level of each person, whether it is your first time with stand-up paddle boarding or you have only had some experience and would like to take lessons. Rent BBQ camping equipment at the spacious Miura Beach. Satisfying ingredients include Miura vegetables, fresh local fish, and beef steak.
