At Atsumi Fish Market, where fresh live fish are gathered from three seas, we will guide you through the serious fish auction conducted by fish brokers. A local marine specialist and market certified guide will enter the market and introduce you to the realities of seafood distribution, from unloading from fishing boats, the auction, and loading for the next distribution. After observing a skilled craftsman prepare the fish, you will be able to enjoy the fish you have just prepared.
