Plan description

In addition to the authentic "Tea Ceremony" and "Calligraphy" experiences, we are offering a package that includes the experience of trying on a "vintage haori" (Japanese traditional coat) carefully selected by our producer! English support is available, allowing overseas guests from Europe, Asia, and beyond to enjoy the "spirit of Zen" and "Japanese fashion" at the same time. A smartphone photography service is also included, allowing you to capture special memories of your trip. Starting in February 2026, we will be offering you a special experience where tranquility and beauty come together. Let's enjoy Kyoto's traditional cultural experience together!

[Tea ceremony: Zen Mindfulness]

More than just drinking tea, we offer a mindful time to learn about the spirit of Zen in the tranquil space of the Imadegawa/Nijo area. The meaning of each gesture is carefully explained in English, allowing for a deeper cultural understanding. We regularly clean our tea ceremony and calligraphy utensils, as well as our attire, and thoroughly disinfect the interior of the store with alcohol.

[Calligraphy: Creative Souvenir]

By writing your name in kanji or your favorite Japanese phrase with a brush, you can create a one-of-a-kind piece of art. You can take the finished piece home with you, making it the perfect souvenir from your trip.

[Haori: Modern Fashion]

We have selected "Vintage Haori" that is not bound by traditional kimono dressing and is compatible with modern casual wear. Professional styling will suggest a cool jacket style that will fit in with the streets of Kyoto. This will be a space where you can try on a vintage haori and, if you like it, you can purchase it.
