We recommend wearing long sleeves and long pants (to prevent insect bites and plant rashes). Please wear non-slip sneakers or trekking shoes. Heels are not permitted. If it rains or if it rains the day before, your feet will likely get dirty with mud, so it is useful to have a spare pair of socks. What to bring: Drinks, towel, insect repellent spray, sunscreen, hat, smartphone or camera (waterproof and drop-proof recommended), rainwear if it looks like it might rain, and a comfortable backpack (it is safer to walk empty-handed)
