Why not try the mysterious sensation and fun of gliding on the waves? ☆For those who want to experience surfing and ocean activities☆Free transportation is included, so you can come empty-handed! ☆100% of our students enjoy riding the waves themselves♪Experience the charm of surfing as you glide over the waves♪Our coaches will support you! ! We provide individual, appropriate instruction using the latest teaching methods and materials to suit each individual's abilities. This is a surfing school where you can maintain your own pace and enjoy it according to your physical level. For beginners, we will carefully teach you until you stand up on the surfboard!
Meet at our shop, which is a 2-minute walk from Konodai Station, or at the north exit of JR Ichikawa Station, and we'll take you to the beach in a 1.5-2.5 hour drive! Taking advantage of the benefits of a mobile school, we'll take you to a place where you can surf safely and securely in a private car. You don't have to worry about the size of the waves or crowds. After having fun at the beach, you can relax in the car.
The price includes rental items for the experience! All you need to bring is your swimsuit, beach sandals, and towel.
◆Safe and secure experience Before entering the sea, we will give a thorough lecture on surfboards and safety checks! ◆We value connections with people through marine sports. After completing the school, everyone is lively and lively. Time schedule
■集合:AM7:30にお店、もしくはAM7:15に市川駅にご集合
■所定のサーフィンスクール、ツアーコースのお申し込み書に必要事項をご記入いただいたら、病歴診断書のアンケー トにお答え下さい。その際、未成年の方は保護者の方の同意書が必要になります。
■出発:レンタル品のフィッティング後、荷物を専用車に積み込み海に向けて出発!!忘れ物のないようご注意ください。
■約1～2時間半ほどのドライブ。途中パーキングエリアで食事や休憩をとりながらドライブ。
■場所:その日一番良いコンディションのビーチをご案内いたします。
■時間:約4時間。【午前・午後の各2時間程度】
■早速ウエットスーツに着替えてブリーフィング開始。サーフボードの説明や海の説明、安全面の確認をしましょう!質問もドンドンして不安を無くしてから海にエントリーしましょう。
■ビーチコーミング&準備運動とストレッチ
■陸上練習【テイクオフ、キッキング、フォーム(正しいボード上での姿勢)など】
■基本的な技術(スキル)を丁寧に指導、繰り返し練習します。
■失敗しても恐れずに繰り返しチャレンジしましょう。
■お疲れ様でした。 暖かいお湯シャワーを浴びましょう!これが気持ち良いです!
■レンタルポンチョをご意用しています。ご利用頂き着替えをして、後ろ髪を惹かれつつ海とお別れ･･･
■ 帰り道の途中、お食事もしくはお風呂へ!ビールを飲んでも大丈夫!! 運転手付ですからネ♪
■帰りの車内は、皆さんニヤニヤしながらぐっすりおやすみ･･･!
■ショップに戻ってからは、ディブリーフィング/反省会。練習ポイントの確認をしっかりして、今後の課題を絞り込みます
■コーチはサーフカルテを記入しています。 次回も各自、途中からしっかりと練習できます。
■サーフィンは感覚が大事なスポーツです。定期的にサーフィン・ボディーボードして頂くと効果的に上達します!
