★Experience a warming detox on Totonoi Island in Izu Oshima Just 1 hour and 45 minutes from Tokyo. Experience deep healing that you can't experience in your daily life at the retreat facility "SANDBOX" wrapped in quiet island time. It's not a sauna or a bedrock bath. We offer a "latest sand bath" where you bury your whole body in warm ceramic beads. You will be wrapped in warmth that resembles the geothermal heat of a volcanic island, and your fatigue, coldness, and stress will be gradually washed away. ◎What is a sand bath? A hot bath method in which you bury your body in heated ceramic beads, and the weight and power of far infrared rays promote sweating and blood circulation. Unlike traditional sand baths, it is clean and gentle on the skin, and easy to breathe, so it is very popular even with people who don't like saunas. ☑ You will sweat a lot in about 20 minutes of bathing, and you will feel a great detox ☑ The beads gently wrap your body, and the healing feeling is like a futon ☑ Your skin will be smooth after bathing.
