★A special experience wearing armor in one of only five restored wooden castle towers in the country★ You can enjoy the experience of wearing armor at the Shiroishi Castle tower in Shiroishi City, Miyagi Prefecture. The Shiroishi City Regional Revitalization Cooperation Team's "Ashigaru-san" will dress you in armor modeled after famous warlords (Katakura Kojuro Kagetsuna, Sanada Yukimura). Although it is a simpler armor than full-scale armor, you can wear a helmet, torso, gauntlets, etc., so you can fully enjoy the atmosphere. After choosing armor inside the castle and dressing, you can walk around the castle in the armor and feel like a warlord! You will also be taken outside the castle to film a video. You can create a video of yourself as a warlord together with the customer! The movements are fixed, but improvisation is OK! The video will be given to you on the day. It is sure to attract attention on SNS! ~Experience flow~ ① Gathering / Experience explanation (5 minutes) The flow of the experience will be explained carefully. ② Armor dressing (15 minutes) "Ashigaru-san" will dress you wholeheartedly. ③ Video shooting (20 minutes) Video shooting will be done on the grounds of Shiroishi Castle. You can also try out archery. ④ Armor dressing and disbanding Finally, you will take off your armor and the experience will end.
The armor dressing will take place inside the castle tower of Shiroishi Castle. Shiroishi Castle has a long history dating back to the Middle Ages. Its restored appearance is truly impressive!
You will walk around the castle in armor and film yourself as if you were a warrior. The video will be given to you on the same day. You can use the video freely, such as posting it on social media!
You can try out archery on the grounds of Shiroishi Castle. Staff will be there to guide you so you can try it with peace of mind.
