We will make accessories by reusing the Japanese paper from the streamers used at the Sendai Tanabata Festival. I would be happy if you could learn about Tanabata culture through this experience. Also great as a Sendai souvenir♪ We use washi paper used for Sendai's Tanabata festival, so it's perfect as a Sendai souvenir or as a souvenir of your trip. It is also very popular with customers from overseas. You can also experience making Sunda mochi, a Miyagi specialty! Zunda mochi, which can be said to be the soul food of the people of Miyagi Prefecture, has gradually become known nationwide through its transformation into Zunda shakes and Zunda rolls. Therefore, Nadeshiko Café in Sendai has planned a zunda mochi making experience so that people can learn about the charm and depth of zunda mochi once again. Mr. Tsuda, a mochi-pounding expert, says, ``First of all, I want you to enjoy it. Even if the ingredients are the same and the method is the same, the texture and taste will change depending on how you crush the beans and the speed, so please compare it with the people who experienced it with me.'' I hope you take a look and enjoy your own original Zunda mochi." Also, while making Zunda Mochi, you will be able to talk about the origin of Zunda Mochi, which has various theories, and tourist attractions in Sendai. My stomach and head are full of nutrients. It's truly a premium dining experience. You can also try tasting Sendai's famous beef tongue as an option!
