Now, the much-talked-about outdoor sauna (tent sauna) is born on the shores of Lake Kameyama, an unexplored region of Okuboso! Please spend a special time in the outdoor sauna, which is limited to one group per day. Of course, you can also use it with your family. If you bring a change of clothes, it is OK to stay in your clothes. After the sauna, please spend a relaxing time in the canoe cold spring footbath (approximately 26.5℃) in the courtyard. We promise you the best time with your friends and family in a full-fledged hot and cold alternating bath on the lakeside. * Schedule for the day * 13:00: Start setting up and chopping wood The staff will set up the tent (it is not permanent) If you wish, you can experience starting with chopping wood. 14:00: Outdoor sauna When the temperature rises enough, the outdoor sauna starts. Please enjoy it within reasonable limits. Around Lake Kameyama (approximately 60 minutes) Nature guide departure *There will be restroom breaks along the way. 15:00: Alternating hot and cold bath Cool your body in the canoe cold spring footbath "COOL footbath" in the courtyard. By performing hot and cold alternate bathing in the footbath, you can experience the sauna while wearing your clothes. Since the blood of the whole body circulates, cooling the feet will cause the cold blood to circulate throughout the body. 4:00 p.m. Ends The slumbering "soothing" state is the best relaxation.We also have massage chairs, coffee milk, fruit milk, etc. unique to a hot spring inn, so please fully enjoy the relaxation of a hot spring inn. *This schedule is for reference only, and you can spend your time freely except for activities and meal times.
