[Aomori, Hakkoda] "Empty-handed" Hakkoda Ice Snowshoe Tour

This popular winter 4-ride tour is perfect for beginners. Come see the "Snow Monsters" that appear in Hakkoda in winter. Enjoy a bird's-eye view of the Snow Monsters from the ropeway, then change into snowshoes at Sancho Koen Station and enjoy a close-up view of them. (Includes round-trip ropeway boarding pass, clothing, equipment, insurance, and guide fee.) In the event that the Hakkoda Ropeway is closed due to bad weather, we will offer an alternative tour, the "Hakkoda Heavy Snow Snowshoe Tour" (includes clothing, equipment, insurance, and guide fee). All reserved participants are required to participate in the alternative tour. In bad weather, both tours offer the chance to experience the frigid whiteout, where you can barely see a few meters ahead. This is a truly unique experience. However, due to extremely poor visibility, please remain within sight of the guide. *Wait time for ride-around: 150 minutes or more may be required. *After the tour ends and disbands, participants will travel to the base station on their own. 1. The Hakkoda Ropeway will be extremely busy in January, February, and during the Chinese New Year period (February 15th to February 22nd). 2. We cannot predict whether the ropeway will be closed due to congestion on the day or weather. 3. If the ropeway is closed, you will be notified by email around 7:00 AM on the day. An alternative tour will be arranged, so please gather at the main entrance of Sukayu Onsen Ryokan by the meeting time. You can also check the ropeway's operating status on the Hakkoda Ropeway website (https://hakkoda-ropeway.jp/). If there are no available reservations, we will process your cancellation and provide a refund.

4. If the ropeway is suspended during the waiting time, the entire tour will be canceled. We will process your cancellation and refund your money.
