What you eat nourishes your body and nourishes your mind. The rice and soy sauce are made with the love and passion of the people who made them, so even small children can understand when they eat them. Let's eat really delicious food in Wakayama, where seasonings indispensable for Japanese cuisine were created. I have been familiar with mehari sushi since I was a child, but when I was taught by an old lady who is a good cook, it was the most delicious and everything was completely different from the mehari sushi I had ever eaten. The lady makes her own seasonings and raises Takana using her own breeding, and I learned about the power of authentic ingredients. I want to share my impressions with you! In addition to mehari sushi, we also make miso soup with lots of ingredients using homemade miso and seasonal vegetables from the region. We live in an age when convenience stores and retort pouches are overflowing with delicious food, so I feel that it is meaningful to eat food that feels the warmth of our hands, carefully made using safe and secure ingredients, and enjoyed with all five senses. In this experience, we use local pesticide-free ingredients and prepare seasonings without additives. We will also introduce the food culture of Wakayama's original seasonings such as soy sauce, miso, and bonito flakes. The grandpa who is good at pickling mustard will teach you about Hosshinmon Village, beekeeping for Japanese bees, and daily life in the mountains.
