Plan description

Before the start, we will ask the guides and participants to introduce themselves, what their purpose was for participating, and what they would like to gain. Then stretch lightly. After explaining to Mr. Otaki, we left. During the walk, you can take pictures, receive color therapy, and take a short break to reach your goal. Even if you walk slowly, it is a mountain path of about 20 minutes, so even beginners can do it. After arriving at Mr. Otaki, it was time to take pictures. After that, you can enjoy the nature of Kumano with all five senses, such as aroma and mindfulness meditation while lying on a yoga mat. The unique terrain that you can see when you lie down on the ground also gives you a sense of the power of the earth. Kumano's unique kettle roasted tea and coffee time at Takimizu. Share time while taking a short break with delicious sweets. As you go through various Kumano resurrection experiences, your worries will become smaller or disappear. Dedicate your prayers to Mr. Fudo and open a new door in your life.
