Plan description

Footbath and yoga session. It is a relaxing plan to relax the whole body by soaking in the footbath of the chicks in Izu Inatori. Loosen the acupoints, head, hands and upper body until the feet are warm, and cure the warm feet. Since you will be taught how to prepare your own body, once you experience it, you can apply it to your daily life. Before meals is preferable. Contraindicated for more than 1 hour after eating.

Let's cure our body

While taking a footbath, we will teach yoga and acupoint therapy that are effective for the whole body without making hard movements. A warm bath of 20 minutes or more will increase your body temperature and improve your immunity. Furthermore, by loosening your body with your hands, the effect spreads to your hands and feet.
