Dress code - Must bring items	■Snow boots or trekking shoes Boots and sneakers are not allowed. ■Outdoor wear made of waterproof and breathable material Ski and snowboard wear are also OK. ■Gloves or mittens (thick, waterproof gloves, such as for skiing and snowboarding) ■Thick socks ■Sunglasses or goggles (on sunny days, the glare from the snow can be dazzling) ■Hat (knit or fleece hat) that covers the ears ■Spats (covers that cover the ankles) These will help prevent snow from getting into your shoes and will also help keep you warm. ■Drinks You will need to stay hydrated.
About rental items	At the Kaminoyama Onsen Tourist Information Center, you can rent trekking shoes (22-27cm/limited number available) (charged, 550 yen). If you would like to rent ski wear (charged), please use the rental shop at Zao Liza World. Hats and gloves are not available for rental. They can be purchased at the Liza Restaurant shop.
