Plan description

It is a permanent pottery class at the home center "DCM Homac Nishioka" near Sapporo Dome and Hitsujigaoka Park. In this plan, you can make about 2 pieces of your favorite works such as bowls, cups, and plates by "hand-bending" made with "hand-cranked potter's wheel" on the table. There are many colors (glaze) to choose from. Let's enjoy making original works ★ ○ Since you can make 2 pieces, you can freely combine "tea bowl and cup", "pair of cup", "2 plates" and so on. ○ You can make a big work with 2 pieces of clay. Challenge donburi and one plate! ○ You can also decorate by carving patterns and letters. Draw a message and use it as a gift. ○ Completed in a minimum of 3 weeks to 1 month ★ Let's enjoy home-cooked rice. ○ It's okay if you are new to ceramics! The instructor will help you personally. ○ Twist the soil on the potter's wheel and slowly shape it. It is a plan with a reputation of being "healed by the feel of the soil." ○ We also support items other than tableware, such as vases and flower pots. Please feel free to contact us. You can choose your favorite color of clay and glaze!

You can choose from 2 types of clay (red and white) and 12 types of color (glaze). There are 24 combinations! You can choose one color for each work.

There are various things that can be made because it is hand-kneaded ★

In the experience, you will work on the "molding" process. In addition to bowls, cups and plates, you can also choose bowls, flower pots, vases, etc. Animal figurines are also popular among children, and creative works are being created every day! The instructor will support you, so let's aim for the ideal shape while discussing what you want to make. The post-molding process (shaving, glazing, firing) is performed here, and it will be completed and handed over in about one month.
