Showa Kinen Park, located about 30 minutes from the center of Tokyo, is a nature-rich park which is 39 times as large as Tokyo Dome, a big stadium. This is like an oasis in the city, with seasonal flowers and wild birds. It may be hard to explore this park on foot, but riding a Segway will allow you to see the whole park and enjoy its beauty.
Even if you are a beginner, you can rest assured that the guide will teach you how to ride. At first, I get excited, but the characteristic of Segway is that it immediately feels like it has become a part of my body!
It's a well-maintained park, so you can enjoy it all year round. Cherry blossoms and tulips in spring. Sunflowers in summer. Cosmos and autumn leaves in autumn. In winter, it is crowded with wild birds that can only be seen at this time of year. Since you move from a higher perspective than usual, you should feel a different scenery than usual.

Showa Kinen Park Nishi Tachikawa Gate, 3173 Midori-cho, Tachikawa-city, Tokyo 190-0014
8km from the Kunitachi-Fuchu IC on the Chuo Expressway. Get off at the Kunitachi-Fuchu IC on the Chuo Expressway. Take Route 20 toward Tachikawa. Turn right at the Hinobashi intersection. Parking fee: 840 yen (charged)
・ When you enter Nishi-Tachikawa Station on the JR Ome Line and Itsukaichi Line from the nearest Nishi-Tachikawa Exit, the station and Showa Kinen Park are directly connected.・ There are 6 outlets: Akebonoguchi, Akishimaguchi, Tachikawaguchi, Tamagawajosuiguchi, and Sunagawaguchi. It takes about 10 to 30 minutes on foot.
