Bunkyu Year(1861 Year) In the long-established "Heisemune", Nara We are holding a bamboo leaf handmade handmade experience class where you can "learn" and "make" your food culture experience. Number of participants Corresponds to about 30 people.

First of all, watch a movie (screening time: about 15 minutes)

First of all, you will appreciate the short movie “Kotoha Zushi”, a gentle culture that you can crawl on, directed by Naomi Kawase. Nara The director from the prefecture tells about the feelings of food and the feelings of the people of Yoshino for the local food that has been passed down from ancient times. You can learn Japan's rich food culture through Kashiwa-no-hazu. There is a tasting of tea and green tea leaves (2 pieces).

Make persimmon leaves (about 30 minutes)

Under the guidance of the craftsman, you will be challenged to make a maple leaf. After holding the vinegar rice and forming it into a bowl shape, place the vinegar rice on the leaves and neta, and carefully wrap it with the leaves.
