Plan description

Seasonal vegetables harvested at home farm, seafood from the Sea of Japan, Tajima A chef who uses cows and trained in France sifts his arms. Dishes include appetizers, fish dishes, meat dishes, desserts (with homemade bread), of course! Food for children can also be prepared.
