Please come to bring easy to move clothes and socks. It is fun to be involuntarily crazy!

クライミングジムZENでは初めての方にこそ楽しんで頂けるよう心掛けています。
最初は1時間の利用でも筋肉痛になる事もありますが、数回経験してコツがわかると体への負担は減って来るはずです。

At Climbing Gym ZEN, we try to make it enjoyable for the first time. At first, even one hour of use may cause muscle pain, but if you experience it several times and get the hang of it, the burden on your body should decrease.

Tool unnecessary, feel free to bouldering!

Bouldering, which relies on your body, is also attractive because you don't need any tools. Rental of exclusive shoes is included in the price. Please feel free to come with only comfortable clothes and socks.
