Strength training of the trunk with SUP. A new type of fitness program using paddle boards on flat water. The core training in SUP fitness on water, the reinforcement of the inner muscle, etc. The exercise that stabilizes the [axis] is regarded as important from the viewpoint of health maintenance as well as supporting the basics of the whole body of course the slimming effect.
