The mangrove kayaking tour offered by Ishigaki Island's Painu Island Tourism is an experiential activity guided by experienced, veteran guides who prioritize safety. While we don't have any fresh, young guides, we make up for it by leveraging our years of accumulated knowledge and experience to ensure a personalized tour. Our "customer-first" approach is our priority. We create a comfortable and enjoyable environment for you to fully experience the beauty of nature. Tours are limited to small groups, with a maximum of five kayaks per guide. For larger groups, we will add additional guides to ensure safety. Our kayaks feature backrests, reducing back strain even during the 1.5-hour paddling session, making them safe for seniors, those with small children, and those less confident in their physical fitness. Furthermore, after each tour, we thoroughly clean life jackets, paddles, kayaks, and equipment. We never share equipment used by previous users. We maintain a constant cleanliness and implement strict hygiene management practices to ensure a comfortable experience. Even first-timers are welcome. Because 90% of our participants are first-timers, we create an environment where everyone can feel at ease and take on the challenge. We are equipped with clean, always-cleaned toilets, which is rare for outdoor activities. With the motto of "enjoying the next user in a pleasant environment," we clean kayaks, paddles, life jackets, and other equipment after each tour. The next guest will never use the equipment used by the previous guest. You can enjoy the facility without worrying about sweat or odors.
