With the Chichibu Mountains as a backdrop, the ostriches are raised in a spacious, lush, green space of approximately 33,000 square meters. Part of the farm is open to the public, where visitors can see and feed the three ostriches (reopening on October 20, 2023). The farm also houses a museum dedicated to ostriches, which is an experiential museum with a full ostrich skeleton and exhibits where visitors can hold and ride eggs. Ostrich-related products (meat, leather, cosmetics, eggs, feathers, ostrich goods, etc.) are also available for purchase. A food sample experience class was opened on the premises in March 2025. The farm, museum, and shop are open all year round, so please stop by if you are visiting Misato Town.
